Seriously though. I think it's pretty fuckin brutal that some assholes are willing to stoops so fucking low. I've never heard of a doctor just performing a random scan on a child's brain for tumors. Otherwise how would the Doctor know? An newborn just sits like a bump on a log anyway.

So in otherwords, why would you check for brain tumors?
