Is that the Denny's at the end of the off ramp at Sunset, and the 101? Or is that the Denny's near that Ralph's grocery store accross the street from the old Pioneer Chicken (the one with the Red arches) The Denny's is between Guitar Center, and that Ralphs?

If it's the one near the Pioneer Chicken... They reference that one in "American Pimp" As being the old pimp hangout. Which would explain why you saw a pimp in there.

In fact on thursday, I watched a guy shove a banana up his ass a few stores up the street on the corner of Vermont and Hollywood Blvd. He was standing on the curb no pants, no underwear, and was bent over (ass to the street) shoving a banana up his ass.
