No disrespect to any of the parties involved.
I didn't read the thread, but I'm responding to the whole GFY drama issue.
I think a post as has been mentioned here would be crossing a line but whether or not it should be locked deleted etc is not up to me to decide.
Now with that being said I have to ask who do we blame here? Frankenstein, or Frankenstein's Monster?
For those who don't get it. Dr. Frankenstein *Lensman and those who've made a career here out of posting drama* created a monster.."gofuckyourself.com"
Maybe this board wouldn't be so prone to drama, fake or real if people wouldn't have been taught *incorrectly* that it's a quick means to an end.
Or if board personalities and I'm not mentioning any specifically would not have bragged about money they earned by playing on these boards.
It has created a whole secondary monster unto itself that feeds off the first one. SIG WHORES.
Sure we are all sig whores to a degree. But some have better tact than others. While most seem to wish to travel the road MOST travelled. And that is to do whatever it takes to generate sig views whether it's to actually earn money off of those views, or somehow earn attention.
So with that in mind, I think people need to think about their own personal responsibility in determining how this board's personality was created.
