Some daft statements in this thread. Banning the doll won't make them stop having fantasies about it. If anything a doll will give them a release they wouldn't otherwise have without real abuse. It maybe sick but rather they diddle a doll than a real kiddy.

Unfortunately it is. Schoolgirl fantasies and rape (the more realistic/younger looking the better) are HUGE over there. However, it seeeems that the Japanese are better at keeping the more extreme/illegal stuff in the realm of fantasy and acting (hence the dolls) than many nations. However, I've little to back that up and would like to see Japanese crime figures to know if that's true for sure.
