at $1 per month they reckon that they can recur for months on end, covering the $5 fee and any costs, putting them into profit.
i guess the program has gone through beta testing and everything is fine. sale-ing at 1 in 30 is 17 cents per click. they have a shady way of counting clicks i think... so it'd be better to install your own click tracking software.
