This part is definately true.....if he wants to open an office down here, he should come and get things setup and running in person. We are finally stable and have trained our staff well enough to work faster and more efficiently than is the norm in this country, but it took around a year to accomplish.

Anywhere I would set up an office, be it South America or Asia, I would be there personally to set it up and would have somewhere there from my office here.
