actually years ago there was a write up, about jails and prisons not allowing certain products brought to inmates, because they were paying, fighting, and practically killing each other over mouth wash, rubbing alcohol, colognes, and anything else that they could get their hands on, that had a high alcohol content. If you have an addiction, you'll drink almost anything apparently.
