well, it's true you don't need 2257 for this sort of stuff.
but, you need to be careful with this.
you see the courts have already decided that girls exposing themselves at mardi gras, etc have "no expectation of privacy".
the same may not be the case for civilians photographed on a beach.
all it takes is one disgruntled parent calling an attorney and you can get your time and money wasted in a hurry.
for webmasters who don't have any assets this is no big thing, your host will be leaned on and your domain will go dark---for webmasters with any equity you might be in for a surprise.
not a good business model IMO.
