okay.. someone suggested this

If you're talking about code to put on YOUR pages to keep this from happening, I *think* that adding the following meta tag to your header will do it ...

<meta name="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" content="TRUE">


I am not developing webpages, this is a IE problem that was an old issue, wondered if anyone remembered it.
