I'm afraid you might be.
Even typo names that have steady type-in traffic are valuable. Voyuer.com (a misspelling of voyeur) just went for $112,100 this week in an auction at SnapNames. The name has a score of 2,549 in Overture with the extension.
This might not be a perfect example (I think the buyer overpaid), but it shows just how lucrative type-in domains are and how willing investors are to get their hands on steady, perpetual (e.g. NEVER ENDING) revenue traffic.
