I wouldn't mind a cheque or wire option. Yes, epass is cutting edge, but at the end of the day many of us still have good old bank accounts and use them.

It's impractical to withdraw cash from the ATM and then go and deposit it into my bank account. It also complicates tracking income for tax purposes.
When I signed up I was pretty surprised to see that it will cost $50 if I want to receive a cheque... and I think that's only if you are closing your account. I guess the fee is excessive to discourage people from using this option.
As far as currency exchange rates, my bank's rates are better than epass... here's a real world transaction from 12 hours ago:
withdraw $AUD300 from ATM
=$USD242.42 including $2 fee
So that's $USD240.42 on the epass end (excluding the $2 fee) which works out to a USD->AUD exchange rate of 0.8014
My banks conversion rates for that same time are 0.7995 cash, 0.7841 cheques, 0.7787 wire. A lower number results in more $AUD.
Having the option to be paid out by cheque for a reasonable fee would totally rock.
