"The Gigi" I just emailed you about your account and why there might be a mistake made on paying into your epassporte account. We did make your payment as normal but it went into a different epassporte account than what you just emailed me today with. I'll investigate this when I get into work tomorrow and make sure its resolved & you'll have your full payment tomorrow. Please email me back if that 2nd account belonged too you? or not? So I can get this done for you right away.

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to you about this, an internal email redirect was not setup correctly and this caused me to not recieve your emails the past 3 days. This has been corrected on our end now.

We'll continue this via email & get this resolved asap. If this was a mistake on our end we'll add another US$50 to your payment for your troubles.
