It's unfortunate that your years in the military didn't teach you leadership skills, although, leaders are often born and not made, and it seems you were not born with the gift of leadership and no amount of training could make you one. Nevertheless, I suggest you still spend some time attempting to learn some leadership skills.

The Army...as well as the men that I lead were more than satisfied with my leadership skills...thank you very much. Many of the men that served under me still contact me...even though I have been out of the Army for 13 years.
As for your suggestion...I do not have any need to improve upon my leadership skills. I can lead my dogs down to the beach or into the outback...quiet well...thank you very much.
