Why? at 20 he's not doing to badly, on average people only sleep with 8 or so people in their lives and have sex for the first time at 17. He's got another 40 years to make up numbers. Besides maybe he's found the one woman thats right for him and he feels that you're pretty sad for having to nail 50 ho's
