I assume this has been done already, but a site where you can signup and start your own logo contest for example - and designers can enter the contest and post their entries and the contest starter can choose the winner... I see this working out well, and not only for logos.

also another advantage of this service over a normal gfy contest is the owner can choose to rate the designs that come in - which will give the designers a hint as to what type of style the owner prefers (hence providing the owner with more accurate designs). also a public rating could be added in too.
