Delgado just had his worst year and still hit over 30HR's and 100RBI.....even if he only replicates what he did last year instead of getting back to "normal" for him he gives us the potent left handed bat we need in the middle of the order.
Plus the way they did the contract was awesome.
He only gets $4 million the first year.....the rest is backloaded.
So if the Marlins don't get their stadium deal done this year they can trade him in the offseason
