Well, this is an interesting twist: The .com is not in use, so you could in theory swoop down and buy both if you were branding it, which is nice. Large companies usually like to do that.

Still, lots of companies DON'T care what happens to the .net and will brand on the .com only, which will inevitably toss the .net some new residual traffic, increasing its value.

Additionally, because the .com is not in use, a company could just brand under the .net, lose traffic to the .com, but then establish prior use preventing any later WIPO action.

Either way, the fact the .com is not in use will work in my favor.
