I'd maybe pay ~$100-$200 for it because it seems like it may get some typos from the japanese people...There are better domains dropping every day.
To the right buyer it may be worth in the $800-$1000 range

I may be missing something though

Edit: it actually looks like there's quite a few places that have wink and net in them, so i'd pay $500 for it
