true, Philip Morris and the likes have waaaaaaaaaay too much dough to let anything like this happen.
I wouldn't mind a ban in public places though, here in Holland the fucking restaurants aren't even smokefree. Fucking ridiculous! Everytime I go out to have a good time I end up smelling like an ashtray.
