I have all forms of lines here at the command center.
1. Landline - faxing and we have a golf course across from us that kills the cell signals at times in the house so we have to use that for backup when needed. Plus, the phone company provides all my voicemail, caller ID and we joined the "do not call list" that got rid of all telemarketers.
2. Cell - Old tmobile deal that I got 10,000 minutes for $99 a month when it first came to my area. I signed up for 3 years and havent had a SINGLE overage again. My wife used to run the bill thru the roof with overages before we had this plan. Its not even offered anymore from what Ive seen.
3. VOIP line - my 100% Biz only line that came in with a nifty Cisco 7906 phone. The performance for me is lacking when the network here slows down (cable modem 3mbps package for my home office) I've had a few calls drop off and had to break out the landline again.
