Anybody here from the US that owns property outside the US? I'm trying to find some info on getting a mortgage from a US bank to buy property in South America.

Don't know if I'm searching on the wrong words or what, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in google. If anyone has any info on this kind of thing, it would be much appreciated.
