I realize this sounds like a canned response... however, we are seriously blown away by the success the program has had in it's first 3 days since launch.
The ratios have been Awesome! Although, ratios are such a strange variable. We have Many affiliates with 20+ sales with less than 1:100 ratios, but of course there is no guarantee that your traffic will do the same.
We have had a ton of traffic sent already from various sources and the ratio accross the board is less than 1:300.
