I haven't gone with DirectNic because of their retarded trouble ticket page - topic, short description, detailed description. I can only imagine what their members are looks like.
Nomanix looks the best design-wise atm. but I haven't heard of them before, will do some more research.
What about
www.register.com - anyone has experience with them? They seem to have a support phone # on the main page, that's always a good sign.
