What I want to know is, what is a F16 doing using a laserguided bomb during an ground Live fire excercise at night.
If it was laserguided it would have to have been targeted on the Canadian troops by a spoter on the ground?
I understand that this was in a friendly area and a designated training area.
Also was the F16 part of the training or just happened to be ''there" by chance?
Either way you dont drop a 500lbs bomb that close to the troops as an excercise.( I dont think the Taliban have this capability
