I can kinda see your point as when I was younger I had the same feelings towards Asians (since there are very few blacks where I am from but there are large groups of Asians that hang around certain areas that speak and laugh in thier own language
) I used to feel very uncomfortable whenever I walked by as they talked and laughed (Now I realize that it was my own sense of insecurity and not them at all).
As you grow more open minded(hopefully) you will realize it is just your fear of the unfamiliar that makes you feel slightly bitter towards them.
So suck it up and give those brothas a chance.
BTW You would not have said " a flock of WHITE teenagers" ; you would have just said "a flock of teenagers" so just admit you've got a slight streak of racism (its the first step
