I used to when i was diagnosed with panic disorder. Then i started therapy, group discussions, started to get out of the house more, eat right, drink more water than sodas and i started to feel better
The med i was taking was Zoloft which made feel more numb to feelings at all than cure the situation, not a good feeling when you are just completely numb for months on end.
now a days though i still have a bit of anxiety (when i work too much or focus on way too many things) but all is good
