Everybody should contact ICANN, maybe they will require better safeguards from the registrars if they get enough complaints. You can send comments & suggestions to

But please keep it professional. Sending what looks like rantings of a child won't do anything but harm to the point you're trying to make.
You can also file a problem report against individual registrars. ICANN can't solve it, but they do monitor problem reports to see trends. So show them a trend people.
