So I took at that
I believed him
but shit went sour....
I see it now..
as him talking to me as a friend, and not as a business man, when he gave the refund and made the "assurance" statement....
I'm willing to try and settle this...
but a phone conversation is necessary...

Stop crying and trying to convince everyone of your divine rightness. You are in the wrong and should pay up. As far as I'm concerned, Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty and professionalism, and if it was ME, you would NEVER have gotten that first refund. I have NEVER known Mark and the GTS crew NOT to go FAR out of their way to make a customer happy. In any other industry, paying him would NEVER even BE in question.. You'd pay up or go to collections.
