Mark giving you the refund the first time was a favor to you. He didn't have to do it and you've done nothing but prove what a good guy he is by bringing it up.
As others have stated, when you buy traffic, ads, etc. you take what you get. It looks like you wanted to again take advantage of a friendship and Mark being a good guy to get your money back a second time. You looked the gift horse in the mouth.
Drinkinghard, Magnus and GTS are as good as they come, so if you're having problems with them when others aren't, you might want ask YOURSELF why that is......
