I was mentally unstable at the time, they didn't exactly argue. Not to mention I didn't get along with the director of marketing at all.

I was not an account rep. I took the deals that sales reps sold, took the method they were to be served in (banner,button,popup) and slotted it into our traffic management system (that I helped devise). Once in, it was my job to use the analysis tools (that I built) to find out how to make the campaigns perform the best. So if it was a CPC campaign it was my job to make those ads click the most while maintaining a satisfactory ROI for the client.

Now note, we had about 5 ads on average per page- but we counted each as an impression. So I didn't handle half a billion UNIQUE hits, I handled 1/2 billion raw banner hits.
