What we need is the folowing:

An creditcard verification system wich will check if a creditcard is valid / billable and if possible if it is billable for an specific amount (e.g. 100 USD).
An variable billing system wich alows to bill up to 2 decimal variable amount in the range of 5 USD to 100 USD (ex. billing costs).

The verified creditcard information should be saved (on our side or the 3rd party processor side) and used to bill an variable amount (amount spend by the user) once the user finishes a session or reaches the 100 USD limit (protection for the user after wich he/she needs to reverify his/her card).

Let me know if this is possible, it will enable paysites to make tons more money, lower the chargebacks with at least 90% and will offer surfers the unique possibility to pay only for what he/she really uses (none or a lot).

The best feature of this system is: single click recurring on all paysites using our pay per usage billing system! Once the user has verifies his/her card on site A, ends his session and visits site B 2 days later, he/she will be able to continue browsing on site B by clicking a single verification button!
