you could have drove that shit crazy and fucked it up on your own, how do you feel that the car dealer was responsible after youve had your way with it for 4 months?
for those circumstances, you usually have some type of warranty in writing that protects both the buyer and seller.
in your case, there were no guarantee's on conversions or sales so i dont understand your logic.
from my understanding you were paying for the traffic, not the sales/conversions
