In this case Lantern you are wrong. You bought a package, traffic was delivered each day as was per the package you bought. Both the TGP and GTS fufilled their end of the bargain. Its then up to you to convert it.
If it doesnt convert, you cancel your package for the next month and try something else. Its really that simple. DH shouldnt have offered you a refund at all. At most if you had 10 days left in the month, maybe cancel your spots for the rest of the month and refund you for that.
DH has every right in this case to ask for the money owed.
