I'll put my comments in here since I've boughts tons of paid spots from search engines and paid gallery spots, including GTS. You're buying a placement, there is absolutely no guarantee's of any sales or returns for that matter. I've had mixed reviews of GTS, some campaigns were very profitable, some brought in not a single join. It really depends on so many factors that its very difficult to predict how well something will do. But in the end, GTS is just brokering the transactions and if Mark even offered you a refund, consider yourself lucky. A bad buy is not GTS' fault, but a combination of factors. I'd just absorb the losses and move on to a different site...
