Mansion Productions has announced the release of their new Error Prevention System (EPS).
EPS is an advanced tracking system that increases MPA3 uptime by analyzing the behavior of MPA3 and catching errors in the surrounding environment caused by software, hardware, or bad server configuration problems. EPS also produces suggestions to assist support staff in providing the best solution to any problems.
It will be free of charge for all MPA3 customers. Programs using competing products can also order the EPS plug-in.
