Dude, you just may get lucky...
Some states (like Texas) have a law that if a woman has children while she is married, the state automaticly assumes the children are the husband's. I know this because a friend of mine was seperated from his wife, his wife got pregnant from someone else, had the kid, and after that they got a divorce, and HE got stuck with the child support of a kid that wasnt his, and was proven not to be his. It cost him a shitload of money and 2 years to get out of that, but he had the money to spend. Doesnt sound like these clowns have the money to spend. Ask your attorney tomorrow about this.
