I don't remember it to be honest.
The fact is, I was TOLD that because my chargeback ratio was over 1%( that's the wording in the e-mail I got ) my account was cancelled. As it is last February I had a whopping 8 sales for the year and 3 charged back so my account was cancelled for "excessive chargebacks". I asked why it was MY fault that the surfers cancelled after they had already signed-up and not YOURS for failing to provide a reason for them to stay, I got a e-mail saying for me to shut the fuck up or you were going to tell all the other major sponors about me and have my accounts with them cancelled.
No biggie, plenty of other sponsors that want my business. I was just making that webmaster aware that his account COULD be cancelled.
