There goes your reputation. I certeinly would not do business with someone who is looking for ways to get out of paying their dues.
I'm sure the IRS can get anything they want to get on you. We're not talking about a slap on the wrist either, if you get found out. We're talking about hardcore cock-in-the-ass prison time here.
Your best bet: Pay the taxes.
Like others have said, if you get a decent tax slave, they will find legal ways to lower your taxes and save you money. It's for sure in your best interest to simply pay the taxes and not risk spending your life in jail.
