Well cumdojo takes me around 20 minutes a day maby. And thats updating the galleries.
I only take partners but still go trough them to make sure all the galleries fit the site.
Could take longer if you also want to hunt for trades but I get contacted alot by people who want to trade so I dont need to look that much.
About proving how much it makes its kind of hard since the sponsors are spread out all over the place.
And I used almost only recurring sponsors so it would take you a while to build up the income unless ofcourse you change to pay per signup. But I never been a big fan of those for various reasons
