Great offer, I think it would also be a good idea if you'd just sell the sites without the server. It's rather easy to compress the entire site(s) and move them to another server, so your buyer wouldn't have to deal with the entire server or your host (which is a bit expensive IMHO for someone who knows how to admin their own box).
