If you want to waste 5c per click (or whatever the minimum is) then you'd be better sending to a TGP... that way you have a better chance of the surfer finding at least one gallery they like.
To get an idea of how much you'd be wasting, most places will sell you gallery traffic for $1/k or less (0.1c per click)
