Agreed, but two of the most conservative judges went against the majority, Scalia and Rehnquist. I was surprised to see Thomas side with the majority. Scalia and Rehnquist are a fucking joke. These two fucks claim to be "strict constitutionalists" and then they try to make excuses for a law that they know is unconsititutional. They are
activist judges in the worst way.
