The landing page of the spam appears to be on a compromised Asian server, and the site is not using Verotel for billing:

Your purchase will be billed as "DesGrLtd".
This description will appear on your EntertainmentCard statement.
Design Group Ltd. is located in Russian Federation.

I don't think this is coming from Verotel.
