What scripts will you be running? You should be able to get a full 100Mbps out of a P4 2.5 with 1GB RAM, depending on the amount of resource intensive scripts you are running.

You can ICQ me as well with any other questions, or if you'd like a quote to see what we can do for you on that 50Megs of bandwidth.
Non cogent, and you'll get a top of the line server at an affordable (yet surprisingly low) cost.
