Thats messed up.
I live near the border in San Diego (Eastlake area south of Chula Vista)
and I can SEE the border from here... There are a shitload of officers walking the border right now and they are NOT border patrols.
Looks like they are looking for something. Apparantly someone was smuggled in via Tijuana or something.
