I hope its just a prank but in reality a dirty bomb is not a nuclear explsion. Its just a explosive pack of tnt, c4 or something along those lines with nuclear material strapped on it. So when it explodes nuclear contaminents go everywhere and with the wind it has a possibility to spread a bit but nothing too serious.
