Here's a link to the PowerPoints from the legal seminar that took place in Toronto in December:

Once again, I'd like to thank Caps Internet for sponsoring the program.
I received quite a few questions at the seminar about the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency Memorandum D9-1-1. You can find a copy here:
CCRA D9-1-1
Please note that the specific indicators that I discussed in the seminar are listed in Appendix B, including the reference to actual or implied urination. However, I noticed that my PowerPoint was cut off at that point and should have read as follows:
?actual or implied urination, defecation or vomiting onto or into another person, and/or the ingestion of urine, feces or vomit...?
In preparing my slides, I removed the references to defecation and vomit to avoid offending people?s sensibilities :-) but in so doing cut the sentence short. The PowerPoints linked to above have been revised to reflect this change.
