do you have some facts on this?
I am not saying you are wrong, I would just like to know.
Becasue here the majority are black, or white females with black babies, Yes, this is only one place, but I would just like to see some facts, and are you talking total number of people on welfare, or do you have stats on percents according to population.
Not sure if you understand that.
say a town has 10% non whites and 90% whites,
if 60% of the people on welfare are white does that mean more whites are on welfare?
I agree with the second post 100%, Most people that realy need it are to ashamed to ask or barely are under the wire.
I have 5 children and worked 2 jobs before the internet, I broke my foot at my part time job, and was un able to work my full time job. Workmans comp only paid 80% after s few weeks of my part time job. Of course my full time job paid most of my bills, I went to several places and asked for help, they all said I made to much money in the past to qualify. I was Very Pissed, and had to hide my broken foot to donate Plasma to get the cheapest food I could find for my family...
I also know of several women that are on welfare that live with a Boyfriend that makes Great Money, they will never get married to this man becasue it will kill their Free ride..
