You'd still need more cash to get the members area to where they need to be but it sounds like someone would have to do the same for your sites. So, why would anyone want to go back to '97 is my only question?"

Maybe the name recognizition of the sites would be added value - anyone who was around this business during the earlier days (Pre 2000) has MOST LIKELY dealt with me and knows of the above mentioned sites...

There is also a database of webmasters (although it is ancient some may still be around) that could be talked about as part of the purchase f the interest was there..
