If you missed it and want to check it out they have it archived at the CSPAN site http://www.cspan.org/

For some reason when I click the link for the video stream it goes to page not found and if I copy the URL in the address bar and paste it into RealPlayer it works, so try that if you get a 404.

For those who don't like RealPlayer, try this
